Moët Hennessy seeks an Account Manager in Brisbane, Queensland to grow sales and distribution across on‑trade, off‑trade and eRetail channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver territory sales targets and grow market share across on‑trade, off‑trade and eRetail channels as set by the State Manager.
  • Expand distribution points and ensure 100% compliance with contractual distribution and territory objectives.
  • Plan and execute brand activations and merchandising programmes; track activity and results in Salesforce.
  • Use QLIK and Salesforce to monitor KPIs, report results and inform commercial decisions.
  • Act as an industry ambassador: present brand heritage, product craftsmanship and portfolio value through expert storytelling.
  • Secure premium in‑store visibility, facings and displays versus competitors.
  • Provide tailored commercial advice to customers and negotiate trading terms within guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions and share market intelligence with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage credit risk and collections for assigned accounts; escalate financial issues and follow up on outstanding debts.
  • Participate in sales meetings, support market visits and represent Moët Hennessy values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial sales experience; 4–6+ years in FMCG, luxury, hospitality or premium retail is highly regarded.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing distribution.
  • Strong planning, presentation and negotiation capability with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • High computer literacy with demonstrable use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and QLIK preferred.

Experience

Minimum three years' commercial sales experience, ideally with 4–6+ years in FMCG, luxury goods, hospitality or premium retail; experience managing on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, executing activations and working with trade customers is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or Hospitality preferred; equivalent commercial experience will be considered.
