Moët Hennessy seeks an Account Manager (On‑Trade) in Kuala Lumpur to manage on‑trade accounts and drive sales across nightlife channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales budgets and business objectives for assigned on‑trade outlet universe, with focus on night‑time channels (pubs, bars, KTVs, hostess clubs).
- Develop and maintain commercial partnerships with wholesalers and outlet owners to implement channel strategies and promotional plans.
- Ensure optimal distribution and maximise brand presence through targeted merchandising and in‑trade activations.
- Prospect and secure new outlet opportunities; negotiate and roll out promotional actions in line with brand standards.
- Monitor and recommend appropriate credit and decoration levels for trade accounts to minimise company exposure.
- Meet sales targets set by sales management and report progress through agreed KPI frameworks.
- Provide timely, accurate data updates in Aspire and fully engage with Salesforce and QLIK for customer segmentation, call reporting, surveys and activation tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in sales or account management, with proven success in on‑trade channels.
- Demonstrable experience working the night economy (pubs, bars, KTVs, hostess clubs) and engaging outlet owners/wholesalers.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate, prioritise accounts and drive distribution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; customer‑centric, entrepreneurial and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High standards of compliance and integrity with an appreciation for social sustainability.
- Thorough product knowledge of wines and/or spirits is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Experience
Minimum three years' professional experience in sales or account management, with specific, proven results in on‑trade/night‑channel accounts and experience partnering with wholesalers and outlet owners. Familiarity using CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Aspire, QLIK) to track KPIs is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field preferred.
