Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all customer concerns and account needs across assigned retail portfolio
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement and strategic business development
  • Maintain accurate customer records, track contract updates and renewals, and communicate achievement status to stakeholders
  • Conduct bi-annual business reviews with retailers to ensure alignment on commercial and strategic goals
  • Ensure optimal distribution of Moët Hennessy's portfolio brands across assigned supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarkets, and convenience stores
  • Maximize brand presence and merchandising effectiveness of key products through trade-level activation
  • Identify potential sales outlets, negotiate terms, and implement promotional activities aligned with brand standards
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights to sales management
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators established by sales management
  • Provide timely and accurate data to Aspire system for business intelligence and tracking
  • Utilize Salesforce and QLIK platforms to monitor and report on Aspire Adoption KPIs including customer segmentation, call activity, surveys, meeting documentation, and promotional activations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related commercial roles
  • Demonstrated experience in off-trade sales specifically within supermarkets, hypermarkets, or convenience store channels
  • Fluency in Mandarin or any Chinese dialect (required)
  • Thorough knowledge of wine and spirits products (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail market dynamics
