Moët Hennessy seeks Account Manager, Off Premise in Seoul to drive wine & spirits sales and brand growth across hospitality outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and objectives across assigned off-premise outlets
  • Identify and develop new outlets to expand brand distribution network
  • Coordinate purchasing orders and deliveries with the customer service team
  • Conduct regular field calls on major customers and ensure quality service delivery
  • Maintain and update the Business Supporter database with accurate account information
  • Evaluate outlet coverage, call frequencies, and sales cycles; propose optimization to management as needed
  • Develop and present promotion plans aligned with outlet characteristics and seasonal opportunities
  • Execute promotions efficiently and cost-effectively within approved budgets
  • Ensure proper product promotion, display, and merchandising standards across all assigned venues
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to enhance promotion effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Maximize product facings and optimize brand visibility through high-impact merchandising
  • Monitor retail pricing across all outlets and maintain system data accuracy
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and market placement
  • Monitor industry trends in food & beverage and hospitality sectors

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in complex, multicultural organizational environments
  • Proven experience in wine & spirits, FMCG, consumer goods, or luxury brands (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of large brand business models and dynamics
  • Comprehensive knowledge of liquor consumption trends, consumer preferences, and shopping behaviors
  • Commercial acumen with data-driven mindset and proficiency in P&L management and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across food & beverage and multi-channel retail departments
  • Excellent written and spoken English (required)
