Account Manager, Modern On-Trade role at Moët Hennessy in Seoul. Drive luxury wine and spirits sales growth in hospitality venues.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and drive volume and profit growth across assigned on-trade accounts
- Explore new outlets and expand the brand distribution network within the modern on-trade channel
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major customers assigned by management, ensuring superior service quality
- Manage purchasing orders and coordinate deliveries with the customer service team
- Maintain accurate and updated customer database records
- Evaluate outlet coverage, call frequencies, and cycles; propose modifications as necessary
- Propose and execute promotion plans within assigned budget parameters
- Ensure promotional activities, product displays, and merchandising are properly conducted at each outlet
- Intensify brand visibility in outlets through impactful and quality merchandising and maximum shelf facings
- Monitor retail pricing and competitor activities, including pricing and placement strategies
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and Customer Marketing to enhance promotion effectiveness and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience within organizationally complex, multicultural business environments
- Demonstrated industry experience in Wines & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of large-scale brand business operations
- In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends, habits, and consumer preferences in the Korean market
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer relationship management systems
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience gained within organizations characterized by complexity and multicultural operations. Industry experience in Wines & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury sector is highly desirable. Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in large brand management, understanding of liquor market dynamics, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in competitive retail environments.
