Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in partnership with the State Manager, driving sustainable market share growth across all channels
- Expand distribution and visibility for Moët Hennessy brands in alignment with agreed objectives and represent the portfolio as a trusted brand ambassador
- Differentiate Moët Hennessy brands through compelling storytelling rooted in heritage and craftsmanship, adapting to evolving customer needs and market dynamics
- Manage customer relationships as a valued partner, providing tailored, insight-led solutions and ensuring full compliance with distribution agreements
- Utilize Salesforce and QLIK to track performance, manage KPIs, maintain accurate reporting, and execute activation plans across key accounts
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions while completing on-premise distribution surveys following each customer interaction
- Maintain high merchandising standards and maximize product visibility, facings, and displays in alignment with distribution targets across physical and digital channels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, monitor customer financial health, drive timely payment collection, and collaborate with Sales and Credit teams on account management
- Support market visits with senior leaders and marketing teams, participate actively in sales meetings, and contribute to fostering a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company
- Wine or spirits product knowledge and demonstrated understanding of on-premise, off-premise, and eRetail channel dynamics
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced numerical, analytical, and statistical capabilities with high-level computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven sales acumen with results-oriented mindset, able to work autonomously and collaboratively within multinational environments
