Moët Hennessy seeks an Account Manager in Melbourne, Victoria to grow on‑premise, off‑premise and eRetail sales across the state.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across Victoria by executing territory business plans and activation programmes.
  • Grow distribution, visibility and facings across On‑Premise, Off‑Premise and eRetail channels, ensuring superior merchandising and digital execution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: articulate brand heritage and product quality through high‑impact storytelling and customer experiences.
  • Build trusted commercial partnerships; provide insight‑led solutions and maintain full compliance with distribution agreements and territory growth goals.
  • Use Salesforce and QLIK to track performance, manage KPIs, complete distribution surveys, and produce accurate reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions and provide timely market feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage governance and financial discipline: flag customer financial risks, support collections and collaborate with Sales and Credit teams on account management.
  • Support senior leader market visits and participate in cross‑functional sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand equity.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English — written and spoken.
  • Minimum three years' sales experience with an international FMCG or liquor company, with demonstrable channel experience (On‑Premise, Off‑Premise, eRetail).
  • Solid product knowledge in wine and/or spirits and a proven record of selling premium brands.
  • Strong planning, presentation and negotiation capabilities with excellent commercial acumen.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; practical experience using Salesforce and QLIK is required.

Experience
