Moët Hennessy is hiring an Account Manager in Melbourne, Victoria to drive On‑, Off‑ and eRetail sales across the portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Victoria by executing territory plans and prioritising high‑value opportunities.
  • Expand distribution and improve visibility across On‑Premise, Off‑Premise and eRetail channels, optimising facings, displays and merchandising.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: deploy compelling storytelling and product expertise to elevate desirability and drive consumer advocacy.
  • Build and sustain trusted commercial partnerships; provide insight‑led, tailored solutions to meet customer needs and secure account growth.
  • Plan and execute customer activations and digital initiatives, tracking performance and activations through Salesforce and QLIK.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions; complete on‑premise distribution surveys and report market intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Ensure governance and financial discipline by managing credit, collections and compliance with distribution agreements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with state and national teams, marketing and brand stakeholders to support market visits, share best practices and contribute to a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ sales experience within an international FMCG, beverage or liquor company, with demonstrable results.
  • Strong product knowledge of wine and spirits, and a solid understanding of On‑Premise, Off‑Premise and eRetail channel dynamics.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation and commercial planning capabilities.
  • High standard of computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM/BI tools (Salesforce, QLIK).
