Moët Hennessy seeks an Account Manager in Melbourne, Victoria to grow On‑Premise, Off‑Premise and eRetail sales across the territory.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the Victoria territory in partnership with the State Manager.
  • Grow distribution, facings and visibility across On‑Premise, Off‑Premise and eRetail channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador—deliver best‑in‑class storytelling and product demonstrations to elevate brand desirability.
  • Develop and execute activation plans and merchandising initiatives across key accounts, tracking execution in Salesforce.
  • Provide tailored, insight‑led commercial solutions to customers and maintain high standards of customer relationship management.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions and relay market intelligence to relevant stakeholders.
  • Use QLIK and Salesforce to track performance, manage KPIs and maintain accurate commercial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with distribution agreements, company policies and financial controls; support timely collections and credit management.
  • Coordinate market visits with senior leaders, marketing and brand teams and contribute to cross‑functional sales meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' sales experience, ideally within an international FMCG, liquor or wine & spirits business.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge of wine and spirits and practical understanding of On‑Premise, Off‑Premise and eRetail channels.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation and account planning capabilities.
  • High level of commercial numeracy and the ability to analyse sales and distribution data to inform decisions.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent commercial experience accepted.
