Moët Hennessy Account Manager – Hotels in Seoul. Drive luxury wine and spirits sales across hotel channels with 7+ years' experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and commercial objectives within the hotel channel
- Expand brand distribution across existing and newly opened hotel properties
- Develop and manage business relationships with hotel chains and key hotel accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and brand activation initiatives
- Execute purchasing orders and coordinate deliveries with customer service teams
- Maintain accurate customer and business development databases
- Propose and execute promotion plans and venue strategies within budget parameters
- Conduct on-site visits to assigned major hotel accounts and ensure quality service
- Coordinate product displays, merchandising, and promotional materials for maximum brand visibility
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and marketing teams to optimize promotion effectiveness
- Monitor retail pricing, competitor activities, and F&B industry trends
- Serve as brand ambassador demonstrating consultative selling expertise
- Evaluate outlet coverage and call frequencies, proposing operational improvements
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of sales experience in complex organizational and multicultural business environments
- Prior experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, consumer goods, or luxury industry highly desirable
- Demonstrated understanding of large-scale brand management
- In-depth knowledge of Korean liquor consumption trends, habits, and consumer preferences
- Fluent Korean language proficiency with local market experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English

7–10 years of relevant sales experience in organizations with structural complexity and multicultural business environments. Prior experience in the wine and spirits, FMCG, consumer goods, or luxury sector is highly desirable.
