Moët Hennessy France seeks Account Manager – High Energy in Paris. Develop nightlife venue accounts and premium spirits sales with 5+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop revenue potential, sales growth, and client portfolio within assigned sector while maintaining commercial policy compliance
- Drive premiumization across distribution channels and increase profitability (NSI/NSV) across the sector
- Optimize brand desirability and reinforce added value propositions to clients
- Negotiate and implement brand visibility initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
- Analyze sector performance and present recommendations to improve volume and margin performance
- Ensure compliance with general conditions of sale (solvency, payment terms) and manage client collections
- Monitor and manage quotas, allocations, and departmental budgets (promotional materials, sampling, POSM, VSM)
- Report market intelligence, competitive activities, and opportunities to the Regional Director
- Identify and execute business levers; manage reporting through SalesForce and update sales pipeline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, operations, and sales teams for optimal execution
- Maintain consistent on-premise evening presence multiple nights per week
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within high-energy on-premise sectors
- Proven expertise in on-premise nightlife venue management (CHR) with deep knowledge of sector dynamics and codes
- Strong familiarity with wholesale/cash-and-carry distribution environment (CHD)
- Advanced negotiation skills with sophisticated buyers
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Ability to identify growth levers and formulate strategic recommendations
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
- Deep knowledge of wines and spirits industry; genuine passion for the sector is highly valued
- Valid Category B driving license

Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally acquired in the high-energy on-premise nightlife sector. Strong track record in managing demanding buyer relationships and driving premiumization strategies within CHR and CHD channels.
Education
Commercial training or equivalent professional background in sales.
