Moët Hennessy seeks an Account Manager – Fine Dining in Singapore to manage on‑trade partnerships, sales and activations for premium wines and spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own distribution, visibility and commercial performance of assigned outlets (fine dining and membership clubs), ensuring optimal brand presence and portfolio management.
  • Develop strong partnerships with wholesalers and outlet owners to implement channel strategies and promotional plans that generate demand and ‘pull’ through consumer interest.
  • Plan and execute merchandising and activation programs, negotiating promotions and overseeing in‑venue implementation to maximise brand presence.
  • Use data and market insights to segment customers, prioritise outlets, forecast demand and inform strategic account plans.
  • Ensure disciplined credit and receivables management; review account exposure and make recommendations to minimise financial risk.
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting and CRM updates (Aspire) and actively engage with Salesforce and QLIK to track Aspire adoption KPIs (customer segmentation, activations, meeting notes).
  • Bring brand heritage to life through expert storytelling, staff training and curated service rituals to elevate the consumer experience.
  • Model compliance, integrity and social sustainability in all commercial activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in on‑trade sales, account management or F&B commercial roles, ideally covering high‑end restaurants and membership clubs.
  • Proven commercial and analytical capability with experience in strategic planning, financial analysis and portfolio optimisation.
  • Demonstrable experience working with wholesalers and managing outlet relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence at senior outlet and distributor levels.
  • High standards of compliance and integrity; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Wine and champagne knowledge preferred; WSET qualification is an advantage.
