Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and grow market share across on-premise, off-premise, and eRetail channels
- Grow distribution points across all channels and maintain 100% distribution compliance with contracts and territory targets
- Execute activation programmes across accounts and ensure merchandising standards, maximum facings, and strong brand visibility over competitors
- Develop and maintain valued partnerships with customers, providing tailored advice and exceptional service delivery
- Utilise Salesforce and QLIK platforms to track, report, and analyse KPIs and competitive activity including pricing and promotional insights
- Embody brand storytelling, bringing heritage and product craftsmanship to life through passion, expertise, and luxury communication rituals
- Monitor and escalate customer credit and payment risks whilst ensuring debts are collected within due dates
- Represent Moët Hennessy values and cultural imperatives whilst supporting market visits, team meetings, and best practice sharing
- Prospect new accounts to drive growth and implement trading terms in line with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of commercial sales experience within FMCG, luxury, hospitality, or related industries
- Wine and spirits product knowledge preferred but not essential
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical capabilities
- High proficiency in computer literacy including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven excellence in sales acumen and customer relationship management
