Moët & Chandon recruits Accommodation Coordinator for 2026 harvest season in Epernay, France – temporary seasonal role in hospitality and activity coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and lead recreational, cultural, and leisure activities for harvest workers during evening hours (4:00 PM to midnight) within the accommodation facilities
- Communicate and reinforce community living standards and best practices to workers in collective accommodation settings
- Provide overnight presence at accommodation sites, intervene within shared responsibility protocols, and alert management or emergency services when necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Background in activity animation or team coordination (BPJEPS certification, sports education, coaching, or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience managing collective living environments or facilitating group activities with adult audiences
- Creative and organized approach to program development
- Strong sense of teamwork and compassion
Skills
Experience
Experience in group management or recreational activity coordination in collective settings, with a focus on adult audiences. Entry-level candidates with relevant animation training are encouraged to apply.
Education
Animation training or qualification (BPJEPS, sports educator certification, coaching credentials, or equivalent) is preferred but not strictly required.
