Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare sales support materials using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Webapp) in collaboration with sales teams.
- Create mailing lists for sending catalogs/links via Catflow.
- Extract Excel files from Orco and send materials to clients.
- Manage client requests as needed.
- Support the sales team in order management and order entry using internal systems.
- Assist sales managers and teams.
- Extract data through tables (e.g., Pivot), conduct data analysis, and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector and product categories.
