Role & Responsibilities
- Support the headquarters visual merchandising team in translating the brand’s visual language across global retail stores.
- Organise and maintain the VM digital archive and catalogue physical VM props, ensuring accurate inventory records and distribution lists.
- Produce post–set-up photographic reports suitable for archiving and circulation with ownership and internal stakeholders.
- Perform basic image editing and retouching for VM deliverables using Photoshop.
- Prepare Excel-based inventories and reports and develop PowerPoint presentations for internal communications.
- Assist with on-site set-ups and last-minute retail interventions, responding proactively to operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with Retail and Merchandising teams to align visual concepts with commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in fashion, visual merchandising, design or a related discipline).
- Demonstrable sensitivity to luxury products and an awareness of contemporary fashion market trends.
- Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and manage shifting priorities and ad hoc requests.
- Hands-on, proactive problem-solving approach during set-up phases and installations.
- Strong collaborative attitude and ability to liaise with multiple internal teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English (to be assessed during the interview).

Internship level role; no specific years required. Academic projects or prior practical exposure to visual merchandising, store set-ups, fashion shows or retail operations will be considered advantageous.
