Miu Miu Training Specialist internship in Paris, France - support luxury retail training programmes and learning management
Role & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Training Manager to design and facilitate training and team-building programmes focused on selling ceremony and product knowledge
- Conduct and support store induction training and specialized retail training programmes
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning platforms, including My Miu Miu Space
- Conduct store visits to develop comprehensive understanding of retail operations and translate insights into training enhancements
- Build and maintain relationships with Corporate and Store teams as training business partners
- Manage training budgets, expenses, and vendor payments including purchase order creation and processing
- Arrange training logistics including materials, venues, catering, and equipment
- Maintain training reporting systems including Training Database and Calendar Planning
- Support translation review for training materials
- Monitor engagement metrics and results across training platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources Management, or Psychology
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English and French; German proficiency is a plus
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and engage stakeholders
