Miu Miu Store Manager position in Xi'an, China. Lead luxury boutique operations, sales performance, and team management in a premium fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Champion sales performance and client satisfaction by maintaining elevated service standards, managing premium customer interactions, and fostering brand loyalty within the luxury segment
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning; serve as the primary reference point for both staff and clients on industry developments
- Direct team operations, recruitment, and performance management, including staff motivation, professional development, training initiatives, and conflict resolution
- Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance objectives; conduct monthly analysis of store metrics and conduct annual assessments to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure visual merchandising excellence by maintaining storefront displays and product presentation in strict adherence to corporate guidelines
- Optimize inventory management through stock monitoring, trend-based replenishment recommendations, and efficient stockroom organization in collaboration with store operations
- Oversee administrative, accounting, and compliance responsibilities while ensuring adherence to labor laws, commercial regulations, and internal corporate procedures
- Build and execute public relations strategy, including market intelligence gathering, event coordination with retail departments, and relationship cultivation with key local stakeholders
- Conduct loss prevention and security protocols, including store surface monitoring, theft prevention measures, and implementation of security procedures
- Generate and analyze critical business reports covering sales performance, product metrics, staff performance, CRM data, and stockroom status for Area Manager review

- Proven track record of store management in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments
- Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, client relationship management, and brand representation
