Miu Miu Store Manager — Taichung, Taiwan. Lead boutique sales, client experience and team development for Miu Miu in Taichung.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial performance of the Taichung boutique, owning sales targets, store KPIs and profitability.
- Develop and implement action plans based on sales analysis to maximise conversion, average transaction value and category mix.
- Coach, mentor and develop the store team to exceed individual and collective KPI targets, driving cross‑selling and upselling behaviours.
- Represent the brand in the local market to increase footfall, recruit new clients and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Deliver exemplary client experience by leading the sales floor, implementing the Brand Selling Ceremony and promoting a private appointment culture.
- Champion omnichannel initiatives: encourage team use of digital tools, ensure timely fulfillment of e‑commerce orders and seamless client follow‑up.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, cash procedures, loss prevention, visual merchandising execution and expense monitoring.
- Identify talent, lead recruitment and succession planning, and coordinate talent development proposals with Retail Operations.
- Organise and execute local events and clienteling activities in partnership with Retail Head Office and local stakeholders.
- Provide actionable product and visual merchandising feedback to Buying and VM teams to optimise assortments and displays.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with strong people‑management and coaching skills in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Excellent clienteling skills with a client‑first mindset and experience managing high‑value customer relationships.
- Operational competence covering inventory management, cash control and basic financial oversight of store budgets.
- Ability to analyse sales performance and convert insights into practical action plans.
- Experience organising client events and local marketing initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent the brand with local stakeholders and influencers.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail management, including direct experience leading a sales team, delivering store targets and managing boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Taichung, Taichung, Taiwan.
