Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose action plans based on performance analysis.
- Lead the team to surpass KPI targets, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure a client-centric environment, fostering strong client relationships and exceptional after-sales experiences.
- Guarantee client satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
- Motivate staff and promote team spirit through effective communication.
- Encourage information exchange within the team and conduct morning briefings.
- Master company tools and ensure the team is informed of updates.
- Train and inspire the store team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure the team operates with the highest level of care for the product.
- Maintain attractive displays in line with company guidelines and seek visual merchandising support.
- Provide feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
