Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store operations within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Substantial experience in a retail management role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
