Miu Miu New York seeks a Store Manager for its Soho boutique to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance while developing strategic business plans aligned with company objectives
  • Lead and coach store team to exceed KPIs, foster professional growth, and execute succession planning
  • Serve as brand ambassador and market representative, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty
  • Ensure consistent presence on the sales floor, guaranteeing proper client approach and service standards
  • Foster omni-channel development and integration across store operations
  • Manage store-operating budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability
  • Cultivate client-centric relationships through clienteling initiatives, private appointment culture, and personalized engagement
  • Guarantee excellent client satisfaction and the highest level of service
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
  • Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines
  • Participate in buying sessions and provide effective product feedback based on store needs
  • Oversee enforcement of company procedures for cash handling, inventory management, logistics, and reporting
  • Organize and cooperate with Retail Events Office for local events, defining realistic targets and proposing new opportunities in partnership with stakeholders and influencers
  • Maintain team preparedness and knowledge of Prada Group information, product lines, market conditions, competitors, policies, and procedures

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or equivalent professional experience. Business or Retail Management degree is a plus.
