Miu Miu seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Las Vegas flagship location to drive sales, lead teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance whilst developing strategic business plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead and coach the store team to exceed KPIs, foster professional growth, and develop succession plans for internal advancement
- Ensure an extraordinary client experience through floor presence, solid relationship management, and implementation of clienteling initiatives and private appointment culture
- Represent the brand on the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new clients, and build brand loyalty
- Manage store budget and operating expenses while ensuring compliance with company procedures regarding cash activity, inventory, and logistics
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with retail merchandising and visual merchandising teams, ensuring compelling displays that maximize sales
- Foster omni-channel development and synergy between front and back-of-house operations
- Participate in buying sessions when requested, providing effective product feedback based on store needs and market insights
- Cooperate with the retail events office to organize local events, define client-specific targets, and propose innovative partnership opportunities with local stakeholders and influencers
- Attract and recruit top talent through active networking and market scouting to build a high-performing team

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with proven ability to motivate and persuade people
- Strong business acumen and retail management expertise with a track record of driving sales growth
- Exceptional client service mindset with natural ability to welcome and engage high-net-worth clientele
- Confident, mature, and assertive personality with enthusiasm and positive energy

- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience in the luxury fashion or high-end retail sector, with proven success in leading store teams and achieving sales targets. Prior experience managing flagship locations or high-volume stores preferred.
Education
Business, Retail Management degree, or equivalent professional qualification. Relevant retail management certifications are advantageous.
