Role & Responsibilities

• Direct sales activities with high-net-worth clients and key accounts, maintaining current knowledge of international fashion trends and competitive landscape
• Lead and develop store personnel, conducting recruitment support, performance management, training initiatives, and conflict resolution to build a motivated team aligned with corporate values
• Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative sales objectives, analyse performance metrics, and conduct monthly activity reviews and yearly assessments
• Oversee store operations including staffing schedules, resource allocation, morning briefing coordination, and internal procedure compliance
• Manage store visual presentation, window displays, and product merchandising in strict adherence to corporate brand standards and guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, provide market-informed feedback to Retail Merchandising and Area Management on inventory needs and product mix recommendations
• Supervise stockroom operations, inventory management, stock takes, and asset protection in collaboration with Store Operations teams
• Organise public relations initiatives and local events in partnership with the Retail Events Department; liaise with personal shoppers according to corporate guidelines
• Ensure compliance with labour law, commercial regulations, workplace safety protocols, and loss-prevention measures
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on sales performance, product metrics, staff development, CRM data, and stockroom efficiency for Area Management review

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion retail and high-end client engagement
• Proven track record in multi-unit or flagship store management within the luxury sector
• Strong understanding of merchandise categories, fashion market dynamics, and competitive positioning
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Proficiency in retail reporting, financial analysis, and performance metrics
• Knowledge of fashion, arts, and cultural trends at local and international levels

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressively senior retail management experience in luxury fashion, including demonstrated success in leading multi-department teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand excellence in high-traffic or flagship retail environments.

Education

Baccalaureate degree (preferably in business, fashion, retail management, or related field) or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management.
