Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance while developing and executing strategic business plans
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs and oversee recruitment and succession planning for internal talent development
- Represent the brand on the local market, identifying growth opportunities and building loyal client relationships
- Guarantee exceptional client satisfaction through direct sales floor presence and sophisticated clienteling initiatives
- Develop and implement private appointment culture and coordinate local events with Retail Events Office
- Foster omnichannel development and ensure synergy between front and back of house operations
- Manage store operating budget and control expenses while overseeing cash activity, inventory, and logistics
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to develop sales strategies and ensure compelling displays
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver feedback to support buying and merchandising decisions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements

Experience

Education
Business, Retail Management degree or equivalent qualification preferred; strong foundational business acumen essential.
