Miu Miu Store Manager (K11 Musea) — Hong Kong: lead boutique sales, clienteling and team development for the Miu Miu boutique in Hong Kong.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store as a business owner: drive sales performance, exceed financial targets and deliver KPI results through action plans and performance analysis.
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor, exemplifying the Brand Selling Ceremony and ensuring exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
- Develop and coach the retail team: recruit, mentor, implement individual development plans and ensure succession planning and internal mobility.
- Implement and promote omni‑channel strategies: encourage digital tools, support e‑commerce order fulfilment and integrate online/offline clienteling.
- Manage store operations and compliance: oversee cash procedures, inventory control, reporting, budgets and protection of company assets.
- Collaborate with corporate functions and merchandising/VM teams to provide product feedback, execute visual standards and support local buying or displays.
- Plan and execute local client events and activations in partnership with Retail Head Office and local stakeholders to grow client base and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in coaching, talent identification and building high‑performing teams.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship management capabilities, with a client‑centric service ethos.
- Operational proficiency including cash, inventory and basic P&L awareness to manage store budgets and reporting.
- Ability to work with digital retail tools and integrate omni‑channel initiatives into daily operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive retail experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within luxury or premium fashion, with a proven record of driving sales and developing teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in retail management or related field.
