Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and enhance the client experience
- Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including cross-selling rates, conversion ratios, sales targets, and CRM metrics such as private appointments and prospect engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Retail, Merchandising, Communication, HR, and Finance to align strategies and share best practices
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively to ensure business success
- Represent the Miu Miu brand with professionalism and integrity whilst maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay informed of market trends and competitive dynamics to anticipate client needs and support innovation
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in a store environment, preferably within the luxury or premium sector
- Proven leadership and people management skills with a strong sense of ownership
- Strategic mindset combined with operational agility
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
