Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial store position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Strategic mindset combined with operational agility.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong passion for the luxury world, craftsmanship, and innovation.
