Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and enhance client experience.
  • Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as cross-selling, conversion rate, sales targets, and CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Merchandising, Communication, HR, and Finance to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project and business success.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and support innovation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial store position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.

Skills

Proven leadership and people management skills with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Strategic mindset combined with operational agility. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong passion for the luxury world, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Experience

A minimum of 6 years in a managerial store position, preferably within the luxury or premium sector.

Education

Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
