Miu Miu Store Manager position in Costa Mesa, California. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team for luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store sales performance through strategic initiatives and floor presence
- Develop and propose comprehensive business plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead and mentor the store team to consistently exceed key performance indicators and targets
- Represent the brand on the local market, identify growth opportunities, and build loyal customer relationships
- Ensure exceptional client experience through direct floor engagement and service excellence
- Foster omnichannel development and integration across all customer touchpoints
- Manage store operating budgets and control expenses to meet financial targets
- Foster a client-centric mindset by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Implement clienteling initiatives and private appointment culture to secure loyalty and increase customer spending
- Promote entrepreneurial and team spirit using effective communication and professional development
- Ensure team preparedness on Prada Group information, product knowledge, market dynamics, and company policies
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and market scouting
- Develop sales strategies in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
- Ensure store displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines
- Provide effective product feedback based on store needs during buying sessions
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting requirements
- Cooperate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and define realistic targets
- Establish succession plans and ensure internal team growth and development
Qualifications
- Proven store management experience in luxury retail or equivalent environment
- Demonstrated success driving sales performance and achieving business targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and client engagement skills
- Experience with omnichannel retail strategies and clienteling programs
- Financial acumen with budget management and expense control experience
- Ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent
- Knowledge of luxury products and market dynamics
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in luxury retail, department stores, or comparable high-end retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
Business, Retail Management, or equivalent degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management may substitute.
