Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance, proposing and developing comprehensive business plans
• Lead store team to exceed KPIs whilst representing the Prada Group on the local market and identifying new customer acquisition opportunities
• Ensure consistent presence on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client service and fostering private appointment culture
• Manage and coach the store team, ensuring succession planning and internal professional development
• Develop sales strategy in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
• Implement clienteling initiatives and events in partnership with corporate functions to secure client loyalty and increase spending
• Supervise cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting responsibilities; enforce company procedures across all retail operations
• Foster omni-channel development and maintain synergy between front and back of house operations
• Meet store-operating budget whilst controlling expenses and participating in buying sessions to provide product feedback
• Collaborate with Retail Events Office to organize local events and identify new partnership opportunities with local stakeholders and influencers

Qualifications

• Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
• Strong business acumen with proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent client service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency with retail systems and POS technology
• Knowledge of luxury fashion products and market trends

Skills

Experience

3-5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury fashion or premium brands, with demonstrated success in driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences in flagship or upscale retail environments.

Education

Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent degree. Experience in luxury retail or fashion can substitute for formal business education.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 135,000 per annum.
