Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure proper care and protection of products according to company guidelines and standards
• Manage day-to-day goods receipt and storage in compliance with procedures, optimizing efficiency and timing
• Oversee shop-to-shop and inter-store transfer processes to ensure compliance with company timelines and guidelines
• Process e-commerce orders (Prada.com and authorized e-tailers) while maintaining required service levels
• Manage special stock flows including damaged products, on-hold items, consignment goods, and repair inventory
• Organize and maintain packaging, stationery, display systems, uniforms, and gift flows within IT systems
• Execute proper packaging and protection of merchandise for in-store transactions and e-commerce shipments
• Implement company protocols for loss prevention and theft documentation, conducting prompt investigations as needed
• Record all product movements in IT systems, maintaining accurate documentation and flow tracking
• Conduct and organize physical and cycle inventories with respect to company timing and procedures
• Implement strategic stock organization with commercial perspective to maximize visibility of bestsellers and new launches
• Support stockroom-related sales activities in collaboration with Sales Advisors
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and organizational standards of the stockroom
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and communications
• Maintain and organize archival documentation on a monthly basis
• Provide product merchandise expertise to Client Advisors and collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams
• Implement KPI updates, operational guidelines, and company procedures as directed by Store Operations, Store Management, and Headquarters

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and IT applications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Understanding of luxury product handling and care standards
• Knowledge of retail operations and sales support functions

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or stockroom operations experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent is required.
