Stock Specialist at Miu Miu in Miami — manage warehouse operations, inventory, and merchandise rotation in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, ensuring products are properly prepared for the sales floor and display areas
- Maintain product and valuable material security throughout the warehouse handling process
- Track product flow through the SAP system to ensure accurate inventory management
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to corporate standards
- Process returns, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines
- Coordinate and fulfill orders for packaging materials based on store requirements
- Support the Stock Manager with all warehouse and store-related responsibilities
- Assist the sales staff to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role
- Experience in the retail luxury sector preferred
- High affinity for and understanding of luxury products
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
