Stock Manager at Miu Miu, Las Vegas. Lead inventory operations and oversee the stockroom team at Wynn Las Vegas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and proper handling of products and valuable materials throughout the warehouse and daily logistics processes
- Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product preparation for store floor and specialized areas in accordance with corporate procedures
- Organize and oversee product counting and inventory stock takes to maintain accurate records
- Monitor product flow tracking through the SAP system to guarantee accuracy and compliance
- Manage stockroom activities including markdown operations, returns processing, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce deliveries within corporate deadlines
- Maintain security and cleanliness standards of the stock facility
- Optimize and organize stockroom space in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager
- Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team with consistent coaching and performance development
- Coordinate and plan staff activities by distributing tasks and responsibilities equitably
- Conduct performance assessment interviews with team members in accordance with Store Manager directives

- Strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail stock management, warehouse operations, or equivalent luxury retail environment with demonstrated success in team supervision and inventory control.
Education
Business, Retail Management degree, or equivalent professional qualification preferred; equivalent hands-on experience in inventory management may substitute.
