Miu Miu is hiring a Stock Manager in Frankfurt to oversee inventory, SAP tracking and warehouse operations at the store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt, inspect incoming merchandise and prepare product for the sales floor and special presentation areas following corporate procedures.
- Maintain strict security and handling standards to protect high-value product and materials within the warehouse.
- Track and update product flows and inventory movements accurately within the SAP system.
- Organize and sustain warehouse order, cleanliness and storage according to corporate standards.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Monitor and place orders for packaging and warehouse consumables based on store needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar inventory/stock role within luxury or premium retail.
- Proven ability to work methodically with strong attention to detail and a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
- High sense of responsibility with demonstrated teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent spoken German and English.
- Business or Retail Management degree (or equivalent) preferred.
