Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all products and valuable materials during handling, storage, and warehouse operations
- Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures, and preparation for shop floor distribution
- Organize, manage, and execute product counting and stock takes; track product flow through the SAP system
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns, returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Maintain security and cleanliness of the stock facility; optimize and organize stockroom space in coordination with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the stock team; coordinate and plan staff activities with clear task distribution and responsibilities
- Conduct performance assessments and provide continuous training and coaching to team members
