The Stock Associate manages merchandise receipt, handling, tracking and warehouse organization; processes returns, transfers and e-commerce deliveries; orders packaging materials; and supports the Stock Manager and sales team. The position pays $23–$25 per hour, with rates varying by job-related knowledge, skills and experience, and may include bonuses and other incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise in accordance with corporate procedures, checking and preparing products for the sales floor or designated areas.
- Safeguard products and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout the handling process.
- Track product flow accurately in SAP.
- Maintain warehouse order in accordance with corporate standards.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Order packaging materials according to store needs.
- Support the Stock Manager with warehouse and store responsibilities.
- Assist sales staff with sales activities to help maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- English is required; other languages are a plus.
