Miu Miu seeks a Stock Associate for its New York store to manage inventory, safeguard merchandise and valuable materials, support product flow and ensure stockroom operations follow corporate procedures. The hourly position pays $22.00–$26.00 and may be eligible for commission, bonuses and other incentive opportunities, if applicable.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stock management in line with KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures, supporting the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimizing stock losses.
- Implement guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.
- Safeguard products and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout handling.
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Organize, manage and perform product counts and stocktakes.
- Track product flow accurately through SAP.
- Manage product flow during repairs.
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries in accordance with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive.
- A Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Interest in luxury and fashion, art and design.
- English is required; other languages are a plus.
