Miu Miu is hiring a Stock Associate in Miami Design District to manage inventory, receiving and stockroom operations for its retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, inspection and accurate logging of incoming shipments in accordance with brand quality standards.
- Maintain an organised, secure and presentation-ready stockroom; implement efficient storage and rotation systems to protect inventory.
- Execute daily merchandise replenishment to the sales floor, ensuring visual and presentation guidelines are met.
- Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies and support cycle counting and stock audit processes.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic inventory systems to update stock records; prepare goods for transfer and returns.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety and security procedures.
- Assist sales floor colleagues with quick product retrievals and ad hoc client requests while maintaining discretion and brand etiquette.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or logistics certification is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury presentation standards.
- Physical ability to lift, carry and move merchandise and to remain on foot for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of stockroom, warehouse or retail inventory experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail logistics or inventory management desirable.
