Miu Miu seeks a Stock Associate in Miami (Design District) to manage inventory, SAP tracking and back‑of‑house logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and processing, ensuring merchandise is unpacked, checked and prepared for the sales floor or special areas in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Maintain precise inventory control and product flow using the SAP system, ensuring records are accurate and stock movements are traceable.
- Organise and maintain warehouse order and security, protecting high‑value products throughout the handling process.
- Coordinate shop‑to‑shop transfers, customer returns and e‑commerce fulfilment to meet corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Support the Stock Manager with stockroom administration, packaging material ordering and ad‑hoc logistics tasks.
- Assist Sales Staff on the sales floor when required to maximise commercial opportunities and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse or inventory role; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP for inventory and product‑flow tracking.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
- High sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to loss prevention and product security.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar stock or inventory role is required, ideally within the luxury retail sector where handling high‑value merchandise and strict corporate procedures are standard.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in logistics, warehousing or retail operations preferred.
