Miu Miu seeks a Stock Assistant in New York to manage inventory, SAP stock tracking and warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipts and process incoming merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Prepare, check and stage product for placement on the sales floor and for dedicated presentation areas.
- Maintain rigorous warehouse order and product protection standards throughout handling processes.
- Track product flow and inventory movements in SAP to ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce fulfilment within corporate timelines.
- Support the Stock Manager in routine warehouse administration and ad hoc operational tasks.
- Provide and replenish packaging materials and ensure supplies meet store requirements.
- Assist sales staff on the shop floor as needed to optimise product availability and maximise sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a stock, warehouse or inventory role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence using SAP for inventory tracking and stock movements.
- High affinity for luxury products and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrable sense of responsibility and discretion when handling valuable merchandise.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
Previous working experience in a similar stock or warehouse role is required; experience within luxury retail is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in logistics, retail operations or a related field preferred.
