Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales performance by implementing the company's Selling Ceremony and achieving assigned targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor trends and proactively communicate customer insights and sales opportunities to management.
  • Drive cross-selling across all departments and continuously enhance brand and product knowledge.
  • Build, manage, and develop a robust client portfolio using company tools and clienteling strategies, ensuring high-quality post-sales service.
  • Maintain professional grooming standards, appearance, and behavior in accordance with company expectations.
  • Act as a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and overall store operations as needed.
  • Ensure operational excellence through proper product handling, visual merchandising maintenance, accurate inventory management, stock participation, and loss prevention within the assigned area.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Passion for luxury fashion trends and an understanding of the luxury retail market. Fluency in spoken German and English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
