Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance by applying the company's Selling Ceremony and achieving assigned targets and KPIs.
- Monitor competitor trends and proactively share customer insights and sales opportunities with management.
- Drive cross-selling across all departments and continuously strengthen brand and product knowledge.
- Build, manage, and develop a strong client portfolio using company tools and clienteling strategies, ensuring high-quality post-sales service.
- Maintain professional grooming standards, appearance, and behavior in line with company expectations.
- Act as a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and overall store operations as needed.
- Ensure operational excellence through proper product handling, visual merchandising maintenance, accurate inventory management, stock participation, and loss prevention within the assigned area.
