Miu Miu seeks Sales Associate in Vancouver. Serve as brand ambassador delivering luxury customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with exceptional in-store experience at all times, applying the client journey ceremony principles
- Place the customer at the center of all interactions, discovering their needs and expectations to provide personalized luxury service
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with fashion trends and competitive offerings
- Manage customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security by remaining vigilant against product loss
- Work collaboratively with team members, fostering open communication and promoting a positive, inclusive working environment
- Embrace omni-channel retail mindset and support seamless customer experiences across touchpoints

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments is preferred. Prior demonstrated success in sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; completion of luxury retail training programmes or certifications is valued.
