Miu Miu is hiring a Client Advisor in Hong Kong to deliver luxury clienteling and omnichannel sales at K11 MUSEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury customer experience and act as a visible Brand Ambassador in store and online.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPI objectives through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
- Build, maintain and enrich client relationships by capturing and updating client data in the Company CRM and executing targeted clienteling activities.
- Host and conduct client appointments in-person and virtually, advising on product selection with authoritative knowledge of the brand’s history, DNA and collections.
- Operate omnichannel sales processes, leveraging Company digital tools to provide a seamless integrated luxury experience across retail and e‑commerce.
- Support daily store operations, collaborate with Back of House to maintain an organised stockroom and comply with inventory, cash, security and reporting procedures.
- Resolve client complaints or service issues promptly, escalating to line manager or Client Service when required, while protecting product integrity.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and a client-centric approach with a strong drive to achieve sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a high-performance store environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (good command of all three required).

Experience
Relevant experience in retail sales is required; previous work within the luxury, fashion or cosmetics sectors is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail/fashion or customer service are advantageous.
