Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities to meet targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays.
- Ensure product security and prevent thefts.
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counting and stock-takes.
- Track product flow through the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom markdown activities.
- Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with additional languages desirable.
- High affinity for luxury products.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
