Miu Miu seeks Client Advisor for T Galleria Okinawa; luxury retail sales, multilingual, fashion passion required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize client needs and expectations, creating a warm and sophisticated environment that reflects the brand's heritage and values
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with the Client Journey Ceremony framework, addressing all customer inquiries and requests with precision
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store-wide revenue goals through high-performing sales execution
- Maintain KPI achievement with unwavering commitment to premium service and sales quality standards
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of product specifications, brand history, cultural narrative, and DNA; leverage this understanding in client communications
- Actively acquire and accurately input customer information into the CRM system to build, maintain, and strengthen personalized client relationships for future business opportunities
- Champion omnichannel thinking and actively promote integrated retail strategies
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and contemporary market developments; apply these insights to styling advice and client conversations
- Collaborate with management and customer service teams to address client feedback and complaints with accountability
- Handle merchandise with the highest standards of care and reverence
- Utilize digital tools strategically to create seamless, cohesive luxury experiences
- Conduct client appointments in both in-person and virtual formats using technology-enabled solutions to deliver premium service
- Partner with back-of-house teams to maintain organized stock environments and support daily store operations
- Adhere strictly to internal operational guidelines, inventory management protocols, security procedures, POS transactions, logistics workflows, and corporate reporting requirements
- Foster teamwork through open, constructive communication and contribute to an inclusive, positive workplace environment that upholds Diversity & Inclusion values
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and genuine affinity for Miu Miu, Prada, and Church's brands
- Proven sales and client-building experience in luxury, premium-luxury, or selective retail environments
- Extensive sales expertise across ready-to-wear, footwear, and leather goods categories
- Documented experience in external client development (外商) and relationship management
- Proficiency with smartphone and digital tools for long-term client cultivation and promotional campaigns
- Multilingual capabilities (English, Mandarin Chinese, or Korean at business level or above; business-level Japanese required)
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and accountability in all business dealings
- Hospitality or service industry background welcomed for certain locations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of sales and client-building experience in luxury, premium-luxury, or high-end selective retail. Proven track record in ready-to-wear, footwear, and leather goods sales. Documented success in external client development and smartphone-enabled client acquisition campaigns.
Education
No formal qualification specified; passion for luxury fashion and equivalent professional retail experience valued equally with formal credentials.
