Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with the Client Journey Ceremony, creating a warm and refined environment responsive to all customer needs and inquiries
  • Exceed personal sales targets and drive high-performance outcomes contributing to overall store success
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to achieving KPI targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and sales quality
  • Cultivate deep product expertise and comprehensive understanding of Prada, Miu Miu, and Church's brand heritage, culture, and DNA to inform all customer communications
  • Actively acquire customer information and accurately input data into the CRM system, building and strengthening personalized relationships to generate future business opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote an omnichannel mindset, ensuring seamless integration across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and styling techniques to enhance customer conversations and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for fashion and demonstrated affinity for Prada, Miu Miu, or Church's
  • Proven sales and client relationship-building experience in luxury brands, premium luxury, or selective retail environments
  • Extensive experience selling ready-to-wear apparel, footwear, and leather goods
  • Documented background in clienteling or VIP customer management
  • Experience leveraging smartphones and digital tools for long-term customer engagement and promotional activities
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or other foreign languages at business level or above (fluent Japanese required)
  • Professional demeanor and demonstrated accountability in executing responsibilities
