Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with excellence in-store, creating a welcoming environment aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Capture customer data into the Company CRM to maintain relationships, offer personalized service, and identify future sales opportunities
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive cross-selling across all departments
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, remaining current on fashion trends and competitor activity
- Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, escalating to line management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Promote omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional experience
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention by remaining vigilant against product theft

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing roles is strongly preferred.
Education
