Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security efforts to prevent product thefts.
- Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counting and stock-takes.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Manage product flow during repairs and markdown activities.
- Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
- High affinity for luxury products.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
